This year so far, we’ve been moving resources to support parent, youth, and community organizations defending and improving public schools, fighting for race and gender justice, and building a multi-racial democracy. We made $1,927,820 in grants from January through June.

Several of our grants have gone to longtime Schott partners, like the Alliance for Quality Education and Journey for Justice Alliance. Others, like Migrant Equity Southeast and Down Home North Carolina, were made as part of HEAL Together, a multi-partner organizing effort to defend public education across more than twenty states.
