This past quarter we’ve been moving resources to support parent, youth, and community organizations defending and improving public schools and fighting for race and gender justice. We made $522,675 in grants from January through March.

Several of our grants have gone to longtime Schott partners, like the Alliance for Quality Education and MassBudget. Others, like New Virginia Majority and P.S. 305, were made as part of the HEAL Together Initiative, a multi-partner organizing effort to defend public education.
