Darius joined the Schott Foundation for Public Education in December of 2017. As Program Assistant, Darius provides key project management and administrative support for the Programs and Advocacy team.

Darius has a diverse background in advocacy and education. He has hands-on experience in public education teaching students with special needs, working as an ESL intern for the Connecticut State Department of Education, and developing social emotional learning curriculum for students in New York City. Darius has also done political campaign work and completed a successful legislative internship for the American Civil Liberties Union of Connecticut.

Darius earned a BA in Political Science from The University of Connecticut. He is based in our New York office.
