Andrea Garvey is the Operations and Grants Manager at the Schott Foundation for Public Education. Andrea’s duties at Schott include grants management, technology, and human resources. Before joining the Schott Foundation in 2011, Andrea spent several years working in publishing and public libraries. Andrea is an Illinois native who moved to Boston for college and stayed permanently; she has a BA from Emerson College and an MLIS from Simmons University. She resides in the Boston area with her husband and cats. Andrea is active in PEAK Grantmaking’s New England chapter and previously served as co-chair of EPIP Boston.
