John H. Jackson Chosen As One of The Grio’s History-Makers in the Making

NBC News and theGrio.com announced that they have chosen Dr. John H. Jackson, President of the Schott Foundation for Public Education, as one of “theGrio’s 100: History Makers in the Making”.

To honor the future of African-American history, theGrio.com is highlighting “TheGrio’s 100: History Makers in the Making.” This exclusive list shines a light on the next generation of African-American history makers and industry leaders. The 100 individuals selected, each with a distinct path to success, are from ten fields including business, education, sports, science and the environment, media, service and activism, politics, health, pop culture and the arts. The individuals, selected by theGrio’s editorial team with input from a team of experts and NBC News, have the potential to make a difference in the lives of all Americans in the future.
