Shaniqua Rudd is a mission driven nonprofit fundraising professional with 14 years of experience. Before joining the Schott Foundation, As President of Rudd & Associates, LLC, she provided national and international consulting to nonprofit organizations across annual campaigns, major gifts, corporate partnerships, grants management, and development board governance. Earlier in her career, she served as the Director of Advancement, Director of Development, Individual Giving Strategist and other leadership development roles in education, equity, and human services sectors.
Shaniqua is deeply committed to advancing equity, economic empowerment, and educational access for communities that are too often unseen. She brings an entrepreneurial spirit, a relationship-centered approach, and a track record of building sustainable, successful, development programs from the ground up. Shaniqua is known for her ability to work cross-functionally and serve as a genuine advocate for the missions she serves far beyond the development role itself.
She holds a Master of Arts in Nonprofit Development & Philanthropy, a Master of Science in Organizational Development & Leadership, and is a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP).
