Executives Alliance Fund

The Executives Alliance Fund (EA Fund) is an alliance of philanthropic CEOs who are invested in working to improve the life expectancy and outcomes for boys and men of color.

EA Fund was started in 2014 (then known as the Executive Alliance for Boys & Men of Color) and its work has yielded tremendous networks and learnings, including initiatives focused on collective action, sustained campaigns, and strategic convenings.

Since July 2024, the Schott Foundation has served as the fiscal manager of EA Fund.
