Executive Alliance for Boys & Men of Color

The Executive Alliance for Boys and Men of Color is an alliance of philanthropic CEOs who are invested in working to improve the life expectancy and outcomes for boys and men of color.

The Executive Alliance was started in 2014 and its work has yielded tremendous networks and learnings, including initiatives focused on collective action, sustained campaigns, and strategic convenings.

Since July 2024, the Schott Foundation has served as the fiscal manager of the Executive Alliance Pooled Fund.
